Project description: Development of a standard for media monitoring and evaluation of communications across all business units (Human Pharma, Animal Health, Biopharma) and internationally active subsidiaries. Subsequently, implementation of a hybrid monitoring with collection of data from centralized monitoring of online and social media as well as from local monitoring of print media, radio and TV in a common online platform. Here, the data for the regional subsidiaries (one market, all business units), the business units (all markets, one business unit) and Group Comms (all markets, all business units) are prepared in dashboards tailored to the target group.
