Poppe + Potthoff Präzisionsstahlrohre reports on the interplay between plant modernization and advanced analytics at the Tube Innovation Days

Werther/Ditzingen (Germany), January 20, 2016 - The approach that Poppe + Potthoff Präzisionsstahlrohre GmbH has been taking in modernizing its production has raised great interest within the tube community. CEO Bengt-Henning Maas has therefore been invited to hold the opening presentation at the Tube Innovation Days (January 20-21, 2016) at Trumpf in Ditzingen (Germany).

In front of experts for tube manufacturing and processing, he outlined how Poppe + Potthoff’s most traditional plant is taking advantage of the technologies for Industry 4.0. “Networked Tube Manufacturing: The Interplay Between Plant Modernization, Data(Base) Infrastructure and Advanced Analytics“ was the title of the presentation.
