Delphit

delphit supports you in making better decisions on an ongoing basis. The consulting firm offers special forecasting software for this purpose. After all, anyone who knows what is coming can plan more reliably, for example in strategic purchasing, supply chain management or risk management. delphit GmbH was founded in 2010 by Sebastian Seitz and Martin Kolb at the University of Mannheim. The team is funded by the University of Mannheim and the Federal Ministry of Economics and Research.

Project description: With the help of regular coaching workshops, the delphit founders worked out their individual positioning and differentiated company profile within just a few months. They then identified the relevant opinion leaders in the media, associations and academia and began planning and implementing the communication measures.
