dotevent GmbH is a certified specialist in technical event planning and management. Clemens Petzold and his team develop extraordinary stage designs in addition to advising the organizers, agencies, and authorities of such installations. As dotevent becomes more well known as the specialist for large events, oha communication will be assisting with international public relations.
The Loveparade is one of the biggest and most important projects for dotevent, and Clemens Petzold has been assisting with the event for 11 years now. As the stage designer and technical head he is working together with stage builder Sebastian Krass from Stageco and light designer Heike Trebuth this year on the stage and light show for the highlight of the parade, the closing show.
“It was our goal to showcase the exceptional strengths of dotevent in innovative stage design as well as its longstanding experience in the technical assembly of large events.” explains Oliver Hahr from oha communication. “Organizers and professionals in the industry should recognize the extraordinary accomplishments that this small, albeit very experienced and synergetic team is capable of.”
“Until now, we haven’t had any experience with public relations. Regarding the story development and close collaboration with media representatives and our team − oha communication accomplished really great work,” says Clemens Petzold, “We were surprised by such a big response. Leading media publications such as the Production Partner and Bühnentechnische Rundschau (Technical Stage Review) in addition to daily newspapers reported extensively. It was a huge success for us!”
